Innovative Gasverwertungs GmbH (INGAVER) is low profit company and joint venture with Stadtwerke Bremen the local energy provider and ArcelorMittal Bremen GmbH with a split of shares 50/50. 193 employees work for the company, 128 from AMB and 65 from swb. Main tasks of INGAVER are management and maintenance on the utilities and energy infrastructure at the AMB site and the power plant in Mittelsbüren (Part of Bremen and close to the plant).
In SMARTER INGAVER supports realization and control of a shuttle line for steam exchange between steelworks and power plant and its integration in the developed solution.
